This weeks blog is about winter … ahhh the time of year when we hibernate with hot drinks, ugg boots, beanies and DVDs.
I am not really a winter-bunny … my sister (Erica) loves winter … but I do appreciate that this is the time of the year to do more of my inner-self work. It is the perfect time to dream, journal, do deeper meditations and generally delve into the workings of the soul.
And the other day I found a wonderful section in the back of one of my Animal Spirit Guides book for people to do guided journeys at each turn of the season – Winter, Spring, Summer & Autumn.
I love this process of welcoming in the new season with a blessing and a refocusing of my energy. In the southern states of Australia we are so lucky to have clearly defined seasons. I missed that when I lived up in Queensland and other parts of the world near the equator.
During my next meditation classes I will be doing the blessing for winter. Please join me on Monday at 11am, 2pm and 6.30pm … if you can.
Also, I am happy to do one-on-one or small group sessions with friends, if those times don’t suit.
Blessings for winter!
