REIKI can help You sleep peacefully

One of the most common concerns from my clients is being unable to go to sleep or waking up many times in the night. 
As a Reiki (Master) Practitioner I place my hands on the clients head, then shoulders and neck to begin. Then I would work around the whole body focusing mainly on their heart and stomach. These areas of the body tend to have blocked energy in people who cannot sleep peacefully. They also might have other physical issues in these areas of the body as a result. Reiki has been proven to slow the breathe, lower the heart rate, calm the mind, improve sleep quality and decrease blood pressure.
If the client has ongoing issues of sleepless nights, I recommend that they join in on a Reiki Level One course to open up their energy centres and learn how to give themselves the Reiki energy. This means that they can treat themselves on a nightly basis (if required). They save money because they don’t have to pay to see a Reiki Practitioner when they are tired. It also means that they can treat family and friends too, if they desire. It just makes sense.
