Reiki Level One Course is for people with a desire start their journey of self-discovery. You will be ‘attuned’ (opened up energetically with specially designed Meditations and Reiki Energy Healing) to enable hands-on healing of self and others.

You will be shown how to balance your energy and emotions. You will learn how to protect yourself and spaces with light. You will start to focus more on self-acceptance and self-care. You will raise your vibration to a higher level. You will improve your intuitive abilities. You will begin to honour your Divine soul and feel more worthy.

Topics covered: What is Reiki? History of Reiki. How to do hands-on healing. What physical, mental, emotional and spiritual conditions can Reiki help? How to do simple self-healing treatments. How to use Reiki and visualisation to clear and protect yourself. How to do a quick Reiki treatment. How to do a full body Reiki treatment. What are chakras? How to use a pendulum to check your chakra’s health. How to use Reiki to clear and balance the chakras. How does the mind-body connection affect our lives? How can we take back our power and feel more peaceful? How our thoughts affect our health. How our environment affects our energy. There will be four (4) Reiki attunements and lots of time to practice giving Reiki Energy Healing.
