Here are my 3 favourite physical benefits:
Number 1. When you have a reiki energy healing session it is like taking a very ‘mindful nap’. Did you know that 1 hour of reiki is equal to 3 hours of sleep? How cool is that!?! So, it is great for your body’s organs to restore and heal. Plus it’s very time efficient.
Number 2. When you start having reiki on a regular basis you may start to feel like you need to eat food that’s higher in quality and vibration. You may also feel a need to move your body more. Something great happens when you balance your energy – it shifts the other systems in your body to want to be in balance too. Bonus!
Number 3. My favourite thing is that if you learn how to do reiki yourself (by doing a Reiki Level One course) you can use it anywhere, anytime, for ANY THING! Yes, seriously … anything. I’ve used it for bleeding, headaches, anxiety, bruises, back pain, sadness, stomach upsets, going to sleep, period pain, cramp, sore throat, grief, getting back to sleep, and much more … I’ve even used it to fix my computer … well I am pretty sure it was the reiki … *grin*
