On stage. Feeling good. Happy place. Jiggidy-Jig.

This weekend I was honoured to present a meditation on stage and have a stall at the Inspired Living Expo in Corinella.

It was a day of giving.

It was a day of connection.

It was a day of inspiration.

It was a day of gratitude and joy.

How long has it been since you had a day like that?

My business is about all that and I was so excited to be there!

What a recharge!

What a blessing!

Happy dance … me … yes I did one!!

So, this week I’d like to talk about the concept of GIVING:

There have been studies that show when you GIVE gifts or do an act of kindness for others, you get a rush of serotonin (happy hormones) in your brain that makes you feel good.

And when you RECEIVE an act of kindness, you get the same rush of serotonin … that makes you feel good.

And … most interestingly, when you OBSERVE an act of kindness you also get the rush of serotonin … and you feel good.

What does that mean?

No matter how you are involved in the giving process you get to feel good.

How awesome is that!!??

And this process works in reverse too.

What does that mean?

If you watch, do or receive acts of fear, hate, sadness … you feel bad.

Consider that …

Consider what you do.

Consider what you watch.

Consider what you are receiving.

Choose to feel good.

You are in control.

Tell your mind who is the boss!

It will change your mind, your physiology and ultimately your life.

I was privileged to watch, do and receive many acts of kindness at the expo this weekend.

I met some incredible, magical new earth angels. Welcome to my tribe!

Thank you Erin Miller for organising such a high vibrational event.

I got back on stage (it’s been a while and it felt GREAT!) and presented the opening Meditation for the Expo …
It was a Meditation for Connection and Inspiration.

I’ll share the video of the Meditation with you for my FRIDAY FREEBIES OFFER … watch out for that email this Friday.

May you receive and observe my act of kindness and and feel good.
