In honour of the full moon, this week’s blog is about the physical and emotional effects of the moon.
You know the moon affects you right?
Do you get edgy, emotional or highly charged at certain times of the month?
This is not just a female cycle thing.
Men are equally affected.
I used to live next door to a pub in Tasmania, and every full moon there were more fights and crazy antics on the street than any other time of the month. Those guys and girls leaving the pub at midnight had no idea that their energy was being affected by the moon.
It was so obvious as an observer.
They even looked confused about the intensity of their reactions.
Some of my clients have mentioned that when they work with Dementia patients or people with disabilities (where normal communication is not easy for them and they express themselves with emotional and physical connection) this time of the month is particularly ‘weird’.
I didn’t know much about this topic until I read the book ‘The Hidden Messages in Water’ by Dr. Masuru Emoto.
Our bodies are about 70% water.
The planet is also 70% water.
And the moon controls all the water on the planet.
So, we can safely say that the moon does have an affect on you.
For thousands of years people have been working with the energy of the moon to manifest and create their dreams, plant their food, heal their mind & body, plan their journey, and release anything that might be holding them back.
Each cycle of the moon has a different energy or theme.
This month the full moon theme is about communication and relationships.
So right now, you may be feeling restless, wilful or even defiant in your relationships.
The best advice during a relationship full moon is to consider those feelings coming up … ask yourself:
– are these feelings true?
– do you have things you need to say?
– what do you need to change in yourself to bring peace?
– can you be happy if nothing changes?
The full moon is always a time to let go, release and surrender.
So I encourage you to use the energy of this full moon to surrender your relationship stuff and clear the way for more effective communication. Here are some tips:
1. Thank the full moon for showing you the truth.
2. Write down your relationships that bother you in any way.
3. Clearly see what issues are your responsibility and what are not.
4. Bless the people and the issues with love. You could go a meditation or a prayer.
5. Ask the angels or God or the Universe to take care of the issues you have no control of and be with you as you lovingly have conversations that need to happen.
6. Burn (or flush down the toilet) the list of relationships and issues to fully let them go.
Each month I do a full sound healing & meditation (with the very talented Jana Ferwerda) to help you with your releasing work.
Keep an eye on this weekly email for the next date and there is a Facebook event on my business page: @consciouscoursesandtherapies
Blessings

“About 71 percent of the Earth’s surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth’s water. Water also exists in the air as watervapor, in rivers and lakes, in icecaps and glaciers, in the ground as soil moisture and in aquifers, and even in you and your dog.Mar 12, 2019 – https://www.usgs.gov › science”
“High tides and low tides are caused by the moon. The moon’s gravitational pull generates something called the tidalforce. The tidal force causes Earth—and its water—to bulge out on the side closest to the moon and the side farthest from the moon. These bulges of water are high tides. – https://scijinks.gov › tides”
