This weeks blog is about the moon … We don’t think that the energy of the moon really affects us that much. But I always notice that when the kids, the residents at the nursing homes and the very sensitive people start to behave in more manic ways … it is usually around the full moon.
Susan Miller (has a great astrology website – details below) says:
“The moon drives your deepest feelings, the fine-tuning of your character, your instinct and intuition, your emotions, and your reactions. The moon also rules your private life, especially your home. Since the moon is feminine in nature, it rules your mother and how you perceive her, and does the same for any other important females in your life, including your wife, girlfriend, or a female boss, your grandmother, girlfriend or wife.”
So, at the full moon these issues are amplified. Have you have been having issues with your feminine side or a female in your life (or more than one) during this Easter break?
My best advice at this time is to take EXTRA SPECIAL CARE of yourself.
Be kind when you are feeling sensitive or snappy. Eat well. Sleep lots. Meditate. Drink lots of water (add some crystals for an extra vibrational boost – see picture below). Get yourself a space clearing spray (like the Australian Bush Flower Essence – see picture below – LOVE IT!). Get out in nature and walk/ride/swim – it will help you stay calm. Carry a smokey quartz crystal or jasper to stay grounded and let go of negative energy.
And (by the way) get out all your crystals to clear them in the full moon light. They will adore it.
